Pin Boards are now available for hire and are ideal for meetings, conferences, seminars and other organisational events
Pin Boards for Hire

Pin Boards are an invaluable multi-purpose tool for supporting meetings, workshops, exhibitions, conferences, training programmes and seminars.

They are free-standing and support your group needs especially when space and time is at a premium and seeing 'the bigger picture' is necessary by offering a panoramic view not afforded by the humble flipchart which also helps to encourage greater input from staff and volunteers.

Testimonials

They are so simple and handy to use, light to carry and easy to store. Can´t believe how important flexibility of material can increase the quality of any event....

User Groups

Pin Boards have been used by a variety of groups including The Inside Out Programme, Act Global and Ecorys.  They have been in common use across Europe and the US for quite some time.

Benefits

Pin Boards are lightweight, mobile, flexible, durable, easily transportable and environmentally friendly.

They have a wide variety of use, are lighter than most flipchart stands yet can hold up to four times the capacity allowing you to reference both current and previous notes at the same time rather than wasting time searching back and forth through numerous pages.

Functional

Pin Boards can be used as room dividers by creating a multitude of break-out space and can be adapted for 'Visual Harvesting' (Graphic Facilitation).

They also act as a subsitute for wall mounts ensuring no damage to venue through the use Blue-Tac or sticky tape and thus help to reduce costs of materials.

Each board comes with fold-back clips, protective cover and pins.

Availability

Pin Boards are available for hire to groups, organisations and businesses across the voluntary, statutory and corporate sectors.

We will deliver the boards to your setting, set them up and return to collect them.  You can hire the boards for as long as you want and there are no hidden costs - you pay per board per session, e.g., one session equates to a morning, an afternoon or an evening.
